We can’t say that from our observation before, the current context on how shariah compliant screening is being conducted,  mostly screen out activities if it is shariah non-compliant, example is the tobacco industry.

They don’t look upon, a set universe of shariah-compliant investments (stocks) and say which of this shariah compliant stocks are best practicing the social issues or is best in giving an impactful investment to the society.
